Federal Wide Assurance (FWA) Numbers
The Federalwide Assurance (FWA) for the NYU Langone Medical Center IRB has been updated and approved by the US Department of Health and Human (DHHS) Services Office for Human Research Protections. Under an FWA, our institution commits to the DHHS that it will comply with the requirements set forth in 45 CFR Part 46, as well as the Terms of Assurance.
